Description of Rules

This program is meant to teach DeMolays and those associated with it 5 key leadership principles to make you more successful in your many roles as a DeMolay leader within and outside of your chapter.

The program consists of 5 Correspondence Courses that the individual will send away for.  Course material will be mailed to the individual.  Books necessary for the course can be obtained by either purchasing from DeMolay International or barrowing from someone who has them.

Once the individual has studied and completed the answer sheet provided in their packet they must send it in to the MSADC PO Box addressed to the Awards Director, "Dad" Lumbert.

Upon completion of each course if meeting a passing score each individual will receive a Merit Bar and upon completion of all five courses each individual will receive the Lamp of Knowledge lapel pin.
