Description
This trophy is named for "Dad" Ronald Shaver.
A beloved advisor of Catonsville-Palestine
Chapter and of Maryland DeMolay. Dad
Shaver Through his many years has inspired many
a young man to excellence in ritual and ceremony
alike. Dad Shaver has served as Ritual
Director on Maryland DeMolay Staff and has
hosted several Ritual training days. It is
Dad Shavers true love of the DeMolay Ritual that
inspired this trophy. The Trophy was
purchased and presented to the State Association
in 1997. The trophy is given to the
DeMolay who is the best overall Ritualist as
nominated by his chapter. The trophy is
awarded at Conclave of each year. |
