REPRESENTATIVE DEMOLAY AWARD

1. The Representative DeMolay Award is the highest self-achievement distinction DeMolay can earn.

The award signifies that he has analyzed his strengths and weaknesses in his abilities, knowledge, and skills.

2. A DeMolay must have a minimum of six months membership in Order and passed both obligations to file

his application for this award. A Senior DeMolay is eligible to be recognized as a Representative DeMolay if he

continues to show active interest in the work of the Order.

3. A DeMolay or Senior DeMolay must fill out a Representative DeMolay Award Application Form and mail

it to the Executive Officer with a fee of $5.00 in order to receive the final RD form.

4. The final Representative DeMolay form must be completely and neatly fill out and return to the Executive Officer

within one year of receiving the form. If a replacement form is needed, complete a second application form and a

processing fee of $3.00 and mail as above. You will have one year from the date the original form was received.

5. The Executive Officer will forward the finial form to the Awards Director, who will review and grade the form

and if approved will grant the Representative DeMolay Award.

To be eligible for the Representative DeMolay recognition, you must have Been a DeMolay for a minimum

of six (6) months, passed both of your obligations and have compiled a satisfactory record in DeMolay activities.

Those over 21 years of age are eligible, provided they continue to show an active interest in DeMolay.
